What’s Covered

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Our guarantee protects you against the unexpected:

  • ✔ The Lenses: A full 12 months of protection against peeling, bubbling, or material defects.
  • ✔ Unexpected Faults: Any structural failure that simply shouldn’t happen under normal, everyday use.

 

What’s Not Covered

We believe in fair cover, which means being honest about what we can’t protect against. The following are outside our guarantee:

 

  • ✘ Scratches & Everyday Scuffs: That’s just part of the ride.
  • ✘ Accidental Damage: Crushes, drops, stepped-on frames, or life’s chaotic mishaps.
  • ✘ Chemical Exposure: Damage caused by harsh cleaning sprays, sunscreen, perfumes, or ocean water left to dry on the lenses.
  • ✘ Intentional Mistreatment: Even if it would have made for a legendary video.
  • ✘ Squeaky Hinges: Usually caused by a bit of dust, dampness, or lack of use. It’s not a defect and won't affect how your glasses perform (a tiny drop of optical oil fixes it right up).

 

A Real Note on Scratched Lenses

Let’s be real—no lenses on earth are completely scratch-proof. Not ours, and not anyone else’s. Just like a smartphone screen, they stay clear much longer when you give them a little love. Always use the microfiber pouch they came in, keep them out of the sand, and don’t toss them loose into a gym bag or center console. A little care goes a long way.

 

Lens Peeling or Bubbling?

If your lens coatings begin to peel or bubble within the first 12 months of purchase (and it wasn't caused by chemical exposure or abrasive scratching), we will replace them.

3.The OllO Review: Within 48 hours.

Our team reviews your claim. If it’s a manufacturing flaw, we approve it right away—no endless back-and-forth or corporate hoops.

 

4.Fresh Gear Arrives: Fast shipping.

Once approved, we'll arrange for your replacement parts or a fresh new pair of OllO’s to be shipped directly to your doorstep.
